Accessing Host Account on Activingo

Step1: Go to Activingo’s homepage at https://www.Acitivingo.com. Click on the "Log In" at top right of page. 

Step 2:  Select "Sign-In if you are a returning Customer or Host. Input your username and password to access your Host account.

Step 3:  You can access anyone of the 9 modules available to you from your dashboard.

Log in  Security – Allows you to edit your profile, update store front photo, add your social media links and update your password (if you choose to).

Activities – Allows you to add activities to you store front (please refer to creating an activity on Activingo help document if you need help with creating an activity)

Manage Page – Allows you to see how your store will look like to a customer

Calendar – Give you’re a 30 days calendar view of your orders.

Orders – Gives you a summary of the order you have received.

Subscription – Shows you the current subscription you have (please refer to Host subscription help document to understand all the options available to you.)

Coupons – Allows you to issue coupon for your activities.

Message – This allows you to contact your customer, instead of trying to figure out their email address.

Contact Support – This allows you either send Activingo a message or setup an appointment (incase you need help)
