There are Various Ways to get in touch with an Activity Vendor on Activingo
Option 1: Vendor Store
Step1: Search for Activity Vendor by clicking on the link “Activity Vendor” on Activingo’s homepage.
Step 2: Once you have located Activity Vendor, enter their Vendor Store by clicking on the Orange arrow.
Step 3: Once you have entered Vendor Store, you can get in touch with Activity Vendor by emailing them to their email (If available), you can call them on their phone (If available) or you can send them a message (this option is always available).
You also have the option of contacting Activingo to resolve any issues by clicking “Get Support” on the right corner of the Vendor Store.
Option 2: Email Confirmation
If you have purchased an Activity or Event from Activingo, we will send you an email confirmation which includes a link to Vendor Store. You can access Vendor Contact information by clicking on Vendor Store Link.
Option 3: Product/Activity Page
When browsing Product / Event Offering on Activingo, you can access Vendor Information by clicking on the Vendor Store link located underneath Product / Event Title.
