Updating your Profile as a Customer on Activingo

Step 1: Log into your account. The system will automatically take you to Activingo’s home page. You can access your account by clicking “ACCOUNT” on the top right corner.

Step 2 Once you access your account by clicking “ACCOUNT” on the top right corner. You have the ability to update your profile, change password, Update billing and Shipping address, view your orders, download any downloadable products you might have purchased, Update your payment methods, update your notifications preference and delete your account.

Once you have signed into your customer account. Click on “View Profile” located underneath your profile picture.

Step 3: Your Profile page gives you access to view all your purchases, provide product reviews for the product you have purchased and update your profile.

To Update your profile, click on the   icon, on the right side of the page and click on “Edit Profile”.

Step 4: Once in your profile page, you can choose to provide your gender, personal website, phone number, address, birth date and your personal social media links. Once you have updated your profile, click “Update Profile”.
